Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

Our refund policy outlines the process for requesting and receiving a refund for products or services purchased from our IT company, Indulgence Systems

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers are eligible for a refund if the product or service they have received is defective, does not function as described, or if the customer is not satisfied with the outcome of the service provided. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product or service to request a refund.

  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us via email with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide the following information:

  • Invoice or Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • If applicable, images or videos of the defective or malfunctioning product

Once we have received this information, we will review the refund request and if approved, will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

  1. Return of Products

In the case of defective or malfunctioning products, customers are required to return the item(s) to us at their own cost. Once we have received the returned item(s) and verified the issue, we will process the refund.

  1. Refunds for Services

For services that are not performed to the customer’s satisfaction, we will work with the customer to address the issues and come to a mutually satisfactory solution. If we are unable to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction, we will issue a refund.

  1. Refunds for Custom Development

For custom development projects, we will provide a detailed scope of work and milestones before beginning the project. If the customer is not satisfied with the outcome of the project, we will work with the customer to address any issues and come to a mutually satisfactory solution. If we are unable to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction, we will issue a refund on a pro-rata basis based on the amount of work completed.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time before the product is dispatched or service is rendered. However, once the product is dispatched or the service is rendered, or the payment is done the customer will need to follow the return and refund policy.
